Women's Integrative Assessments
Specialized testing for women who feel "burned out", "off their game", or unlike themselves.
OVERVIEW
Building on two decades of comprehensive psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment work, I am now offering in-depth, integrative evaluations for adult women navigating complex, overlapping concerns that don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis. These often involve some combination of ADHD/executive functioning; anxiety, depression, or OCD; hormone-related changes (such as PMDD or perimenopause); and, at times, mild autistic traits.
Many women come to me having had pieces of the picture identified, but lack a clear understanding of how everything fits together. They often describe longstanding feelings that something is “off,” along with persistent executive dysfunction, frustration, and burnout affecting both personal and professional functioning.

TESTING APPROACH AND GOALS
These evaluations take a comprehensive, integrative approach to understanding how symptoms intersect—where they overlap, exacerbate one another, or may be misinterpreted. The goal is to clarify and refine diagnosis when appropriate, provide a cohesive conceptual framework, and offer practical, individualized recommendations for treatment, lifestyle adjustments, and support.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This service is designed for individuals, regardless of assigned sex or gender identity, whose symptoms are influenced by female-pattern hormonal and social factors. You might not have symptoms in every area described above, but you're struggling with several and unsure where to start.
All services are conducted virtually to accommodate busy schedules. Through PSYPACT (via my Texas license), I am able to work with clients in most U.S. states.
